Sham 69 -- Kings & Queens
Anthemic Punk rock outfit Sham 69, who pretty much invented the hooligan Oi! sound. Funny 'cause as tough as they may seem there are numerous photographs of lead singer Jimmy Pursey, or better yet Jimmy pussy, crying after being accosted by the National Front onstage, nonetheless each and every song on this compilation are classic!

The Monkees -- Pisces, Aquarius, Capricorn & Jones Ltd.
As stupid as The Monkees are they did have a couple of good numbers, one of my favorites and underrated tracks Salesman, a garagy romper, is featured on this ridiculous album, although I make fun of these idiots but there was a time when I was a boy I was obsessed with watching TV reruns on Much Music and thought they were mega cool. And my God they were actually allowed to play their own instruments on most of the album, which had been previously forbidden, but who cares 'cause they're too busy singing to put anyone down, good thing I'm not, so f*ck The Monkees!

D.O.A. -- Bloodied But Unbowed
Early and the best incantation of Canadian Punk Rock band DOA. Honestly I really like this record, it was one of the first albums I ever bought, but I always thought there was something cheesy about DOA, maybe they lacked the American punch or they sit too much in-between the 70's and 80's, whatever it is, I never turn into a super fan.

Lilys -- Better Can't Make Your Life Better
What started off as a pretty good Shoegaze band quickly transformed into a killer Beatles 66' inspired Indie Rock outfit, but they never rose to the prominence they deserved!

Au Pairs -- Playing With A Different Sex
Man this is one helluva way way way underrated album. These guys presupposed hipster Indie Dance Punk twenty years ahead of it's time. I can't help but wonder why the Au Pairs aren't more popular and revered.
Martha And The Vandellas -- Greatest Hits
Killer Motown comp by Martha and The Vandellas ... when I listen to these song I can't help but wish that life was just like 60's Motown music.

NOFX -- White Trash, Two Heebs And A Bean
Jesus man I used to worship this album when I was thirteen, now I'm not sure if I could listen to the whole thing without having to turn it off, but at the same time this was NOFX at the height of their creative career, the rest is just of the same ol' ...
